Please don't wait to the first day of practice to complete the registration process--Come in early!!!

To be eligible to participate in sports and activities, you must complete each step below:

1. Be enrolled in an ASD school, and registered in at least five classes (register at ASD Parent Connect) or Homeschool (see ASD website for more info.)

2. Have passed 2.5 credits (5 classes) during the Spring semester or be Freshman

3. Have received a 2.0 GPA during the Spring semester or be Freshman

5 STEPS:

1. Register online at Arbiter: https://students.arbitersports.com/organizations/bettye-davis-east-high-school

2. Have a current physical exam- Physicals are good for 18months (upload online)

3. Pay the activity/sport fee online through the Parent Connect app (see information below); (Fee Waiver applications are available from the Activities Office--The waiver is not automatic--you must return the completed form, with parent signature to be eligible for consideration. Typical approval is based on free lunch waiver form)

4. Obtain your "Golden Ticket" from the Activities Office and turn it in to your Coach on the first day of practice--You cannot practice without your Golden Ticket!!!  Call Activites if any Questions 741-2141

5. COME TO PRACTICE!

Physicals:

If you need a physical for sports (good for 18 months) and are unable to schedule with your regular doctor, East has a medical clinic that might be able to help.  Please leave a message at 907-742-2313 or use the link below to request an appointment:

Parent Connect APP payments:

Login to your student's account at parentconnect.asdk12.org; Select ASD Quick Links; Select Online Payments; Then select the student athlete you are paying. Select the sport/activity, and Add to Cart. Check out at the shopping cart to complete your payment. For convenience, take a screen shot of the receipt or print it and bring this in with you when you come into the Activities Office for your "Golden Ticket".

Please remember that all student athletes must have a "Golden Ticket" for the first day of practice--listed below. Please don't wait to the first day of practice to complete the registration process--Come in early!!!
